Utility employees are at the forefront of the water quality industry. Millions of people’s daily lives are affected by the hard work put forth by operators, supervisors, plant managers and utility directors. Education, structured or hands-on, is at the center of a prepared and well-rounded team. The Water Environment Federation (WEF) recognizes the significance of utility participation and the value that their knowledge and experience bring to making WEFTEC "The Water Quality Event."
The WEFTEC.08 program includes 115 technical sessions, 29 workshops, and 8 facility tours each structured to meet differing educational requirements. The exhibit floor at WEFTEC, with over 1000 exhibiting companies, exposes your employees to the latest cutting-edge water quality technologies, services and equipment. Companies bring their experts to WEFTEC to answer all of your technical inquiries, a perfect opportunity for hands-on training.
Participating in WEFTEC is also a great way to earn CEUs, PDHs, and Contact Hours, so essential to maintaining technical competencies and career competitiveness.
