The WEFTEC.09 Exhibition will be held in Halls A and B in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
Exhibition Hours:
Monday, October 12 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, October 13 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 14 9:00am – 5:00pm
Private demonstrations will be held Monday and Tuesday
in the exhibit hall from 5:00pm until 6:30pm.

Monday, October 5 Special arrangements only
Tuesday, October 6 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 7 8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday, October 8 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday, October 9 8:00am – 5:00pm
*Saturday, October 10 8:00am – 5:00pm
*SETUP MUST BE COMPLETED ON SATURDAY. Labor must be secured and work must be started by 5:00pm, however personnel may continue to work until completed.
Dismantling and Move-out
Wednesday, October 14 5:00pm– 11:00pm
Thursday, October 15 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday, October 16 8:00am - 5:00pm
