AlarmAgent.com: Wireless, Web-Based Pump Monitoring and Alarm Notification System

RACO will be exhibiting its new wireless, Web-enabled pump station monitoring and alarm notification system, AlarmAgent.com. This cost-effective, straightforward service features a secure Web interface allowing users to collect, access, and easily view pump station variables 24-hours a day. Variables such as power failure, intrusion, wet well level, dry well level, temperature, and more. AlarmAgent.com is available in four models: Open Chassis, Indoor Enclosure, NEMA 4X Enclosure with YAGI Directional Antenna, or NEMA 4X Enclosure with Phantom Antenna (pictured).

AlarmAgent.com’s Web-based interface allows users to monitor, report, and configure on demand and with ease. Users will benefit from the system’s timesaving functionality, relevant data reports, and security features. Personnel can simultaneously configure multiple RTUs via the quintuple redundant, secure Web interface. Configurable parameters include recipient calling lists, multi-tier alarm escalation sequences, reporting modes, input channel alarm criteria, and others. Plus, for detailed analysis, users can view and export a variety of reports including Pump Runtime, Pump GPM, Pump Starts Ratio, Pump Station Flow, and Analog Input Readings.

All hardware and interface software has been internally designed and developed by RACO engineers to be used exclusively for AlarmAgent.com. This allows RACO to capitalize on the monitoring and data delivery experience gained in the development of the entire RACO product line, and to easily make updates as the technology grows. In addition, RACO designed the Web interface to provide users with a reliable and dynamic means to gather remote data; manage the generation, delivery, escalation, and acknowledgement of alarm messages; as well as to allow for easy equipment configuration and manipulation -- on your own!
