Stainless Steel Mud Valves

Trumbull stainless steel mud valves feature type 316 stainless steel components for maximum corrosion protection in submerged service. All stainless components are cast; avoiding the corrosion problems frequently incurred when stainless is welded.

Buna N seat is mechanically retained and field replaceable. Heavy duty design with generous stem diameters and wall thicknesses. Also available with stainless stem guides, stainless floorstands and stainless extension stems.

Stainless Steel Chainwheels

Trumbull stainless steel chainwheels allow operation of overhead valves by means of a slight pull on the chain. Universal design allows chainwheel to be clamped to handwheel or pinned directly to valve stem.

Designed for corrosive environments, our stainless steel chainwheels are type 316 investment steel castings. Ideal in chemical processing, outdoor installations, or salt water environments. To prevent serious injury, we recommend the use of our Secondary Safety Restraint System.
