Vapex's Patented O-MEGA hydroxyl ion fog odor control system is proven for SCRUBBER PRE-TREATMENT (removes 98%-100% H2S), collection systems (controls ODOR, GREASE and CORROSION), and other applications. The Vapex fog is applied in-situ using the scrubber duct, wet well, holding tank or any vessel containing foul air as the reaction chamber--removal of foul air is not required. The Vapex unit footprint is only 30"x31"x38". Startup is completed within hours.

In addition to the O-MEGA hydroxyl ion fog system, Vapex offers other products including the SENTINEL continuous H2S and CL2 SCRUBBER MONITOR/CONTROLLER. The SENTINEL system controls wet chemical scrubbers based on the H2S inlet, H2S outlet, CL2 outlet and the sump pH to maximize efficiency and significantly reduce operational costs.
