Lounge Services:

• A Tourism Bureau representative will be on hand from 8:00am - 2:00pm daily to familiarize participants with the city, its many sites and activities.
• The Tourism Bureau will host a presentation on the City in the Lounge on Monday at 10:00am.
• Complimentary coffee will be provided daily from 8:00am - 10:00am and complimentary cold drinks will be provided daily from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
• Complimentary Internet service will be available for participants’ convenience in checking e-mails.
• A message board will be provided as a means of leaving messages for other participants and meeting up with old friends.

The WEFTEC.08 Spouse/Partner Guest Lounge will provide family & guests of WEFTEC.08 participants a central place to meet and relax.  The Lounge is located in McCormick Place (convention center) in the middle of all the action.  Individuals who wish to have access to the services and refreshments available in the Spouse/Partner Guest Lounge must be registered and present their badge for admission.  Registrants will not only have access to the Lounge but also to the WEFTEC exhibition and to the WEFTEC shuttle bus system.

Chicago restaurant reservation and city information booths will also be located at the McCormick Place to provide answers to questions regarding restaurants, sightseeing, and city attractions.
