Exhibitor Registration  

 Exhibitor registration opens on June 10, 2013


Exhibitors have the ability to:

  • Register booth personnel  
  • Check to see who is already registered  
  • Make corrections/cancellations to existing exhibitor badges
                 
     

Badge Allotment and Cost
                      
Exhibiting companies are allocated four (4) complimentary booth personnel per 100 square feet of space. Exhibitors may use their free badge allotment for booth personnel only. Exhibit personnel who are above the number of complimentary badges allotted for your booth space will be charged for additional badges. The registration fee for each additional booth personnel is $100.

             
Key Contact
           
One Key Contact person per exhibiting company will be issued a username and password to register your company’s booth personnel.  If your Key Contact has changed you must submit a Change Information Form through our online submission.  Please allow 48-72 hours before it reflects online. 

         
Express Badge Pickup
                      
 
In support of sustainability and promoting environmentally friendly alternatives, name badges and tickets will NOT be mailed.  Just like an airline e-ticket, you can print your badge at the event using Express Badge Pickup.
                                        
Pre-registered attendees who provide an e-mail address when they register will receive a receipt/confirmation after submission. Print and bring your bar-code confirmation to be scanned and proceed to any Express Badge Pickup counter. Your badge and tickets will print instantly and you will be given your badge holder and lanyard

The Exhibitor Badge allows exhibitors access to technical sessions. Workshops, tours and ticket events are optional events and will be available for purchase.

          
Badge Policy
                      
All registrants are required to wear the official WEFTEC badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and education programs. Badges are nontransferable and must be worn at all times.

Early Badge pick-up for Exhibitors Only is available on October 2 - 3, 2013 (Level 2.5 at McCormick Place South)
You must print and bring your Registration Confirmation page onsite in order to received your badge and badge holder.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy


Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before August 30 to be honored.

Cancelled registrations and ticketed events will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee, until August 30, 2013.  After August 30, all registrations and ticketed events will be nonrefundable.
